Airband, the UK-based broadband provider focused on connecting rural and underserved communities, today announced the appointment of Paula Strickland as Chief Financial Officer, effective 5 May 2026.

Paula brings extensive financial leadership experience, including within the telecommunications sector, with a strong track record of supporting businesses to strengthen performance, improve financial discipline and deliver sustainable growth. She joins Airband at an important point in its development, as the business continues to focus on operational performance and delivering a clear path to profitability.

As Chief Financial Officer, Paula will be responsible for leading Airband’s financial strategy, supporting operational delivery and ensuring the business remains focused on long term, sustainable performance.
