How to cancel your order or service and information about cooling-off rights.

If you change your mind after placing an order but before your service is activated, contact us as soon as possible at info@travhawk.net or 0208 058 3393.
Where you order services at a distance (for example online), you may have a statutory cooling-off period. The end date of your cooling-off period, where applicable, is shown in your order confirmation email and signed agreement.
During the cooling-off period you may cancel without giving a reason, subject to any charges for services already started at your request.
If you wish to end your service after activation, early termination charges may apply depending on your contract term and how long you have been a customer. Please contact us for a quote before cancelling.
To cancel, email info@travhawk.net with your name, address, account or order reference and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
Your signed Service Agreement and Terms of Service contain full contractual terms about ending your service.
