TravHawk aims to resolve problems quickly and fairly. If something has gone wrong with your service, billing or order, please tell us so we can put it right.
You can raise a complaint by:

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it. We aim to provide a substantive response within eight weeks. If we need more time, we will keep you informed.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution scheme or to Ofcom, depending on the nature of the complaint. We will tell you about any applicable scheme when we send our final response.
