Your service is also subject to our Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, Fair Use Policy and, where applicable, Cancellation & Cooling-off information.

3. Using our website

You must use our website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse our systems. Availability checks and package information are provided in good faith based on wholesale network data and may change before your order is confirmed.

4. Ordering services

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. A contract is formed when we accept your order and you complete any required payment, direct debit setup and electronic signature steps shown in the order journey.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices shown during the order journey are those that apply to your selected package, contract term and installation address. Monthly charges are collected by Direct Debit unless otherwise stated. One-off fees, including installation charges where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order.

6. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please see our Complaints Procedure. You may also have rights to refer certain disputes to alternative dispute resolution schemes or Ofcom.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website applies at the time you place an order unless we notify you otherwise.
